Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or purchasing tickets for an event promoted, organised or sold by GK Entertainment.

By using this website or purchasing tickets through GK Entertainment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with any event-specific conditions displayed at the time of booking.

1. About Us

1.1 This website is operated by Spyre Events T/A GK Entertainment, with its place of business in Lucan, Dublin, Ireland (“GK Entertainment”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2 GK Entertainment promotes and organises live entertainment events, which may include comedy shows, concerts, music events, stage performances and other forms of entertainment.

1.3 Certain ticketing, payment or other services may be provided through third-party platforms. Additional terms imposed by those providers may apply when you use their services.

2. Tickets and Orders

2.1 The price of event tickets, and the procedures for ordering, payment and delivery, are displayed on this website. You must pay at the time of ordering tickets. The price of the tickets is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of a ticket before you place an order. We will inform you if the ticket's correct price is higher than stated in your order, and you may cancel the order or proceed with the correct price.

2.2 Dynamic Pricing and Price Adjustments: Prices for event tickets may fluctuate based on market demand. We reserve the right to adjust prices before purchase due to factors such as demand, supply and ticket availability. Customers who have already purchased tickets will not be charged additional amounts if prices subsequently increase, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued solely because prices subsequently decrease. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that ticket pricing may be dynamic and subject to change prior to purchase.

2.3 GK Entertainment is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance by electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the email address you provided. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if not provided, within 30 days.

2.4 You undertake that all details provided when ordering tickets will be accurate and that you have sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost. GK Entertainment reserves the right to validate payment details before processing orders.

3: Returns

3.1 Unless otherwise stated, tickets purchased for events taking place on a specific date or during a specific period are non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend. This does not affect any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law or where an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed.

Should an event not take place due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide information regarding the applicable refund arrangements. Any booking, transaction or processing fees will be dealt with in accordance with the terms applicable to the booking and applicable law.

3.2 Booking, transaction or processing fees may apply and will be displayed during the purchasing process where applicable.

3.3 Non-Refundable Events: For certain high-demand events, tickets may be expressly sold as non-refundable. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. In these instances, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred unless otherwise required by applicable law or where the event is cancelled or rescheduled and a refund entitlement applies.

4: Photography, Recording Devices and Smart Glasses

4.1 Comedy Shows and Stage Performances: For comedy shows, stage dramas, theatre productions and any other performances designated as non-recording events, photography, filming, audio or video recording and live-streaming of any part of the performance are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by GK Entertainment.

4.2 This restriction includes mobile phones, cameras, audio/video recording equipment, smart glasses (including Meta smart glasses), wearable cameras and any other device capable of capturing, recording, streaming or transmitting photographs, audio or video.

4.3 Customers may be required to stop using any recording device immediately. Anyone who continues to record, or otherwise breaches this condition, may be required to leave the venue by GK Entertainment and/or authorised venue staff. Customers removed for breaching this condition will not normally be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.

4.4 Concerts and Music Events: The restrictions in this section do not automatically apply to concerts, music events or other events where personal photography or recording is permitted. Any event-specific photography or recording rules displayed on the event page, ticket, at the venue or communicated by authorised event staff will apply.

5: Applicability of Online Materials

5.1 This website is controlled and operated by GK Entertainment. Where content published on this website is supplied by third parties, you understand that we do not control or endorse their content in any way. All content which is offered by third parties that are not affiliated with or otherwise connected with GK Entertainment is published in good faith, but GK Entertainment does not, to the extent permitted by applicable law, accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of such content, whether published online or offline, except for content which relates directly to the ticket you purchase. You assume responsibility for your use of this website and the information contained within it.

5.2 GK Entertainment has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this website complies with applicable Irish law. GK Entertainment may promote, organise or provide information about events taking place in Ireland and other jurisdictions. Where an event takes place outside Ireland, additional local laws, venue requirements and event-specific conditions may apply.

5.3 Customers purchasing tickets for or attending events outside their country of residence are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any applicable travel, entry, visa, identification or other local requirements. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

6.1 The contents of our website are protected by applicable copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is GK Entertainment or the relevant third-party licensors. All product and company names and logos mentioned on this website are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including GK Entertainment.

You may download material from this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with GK Entertainment or using this website as a shopping resource. However, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, by any means or in any manner, any material or information on or downloaded from this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software, without GK Entertainment's prior written consent, except where expressly permitted.

7.1 GK Entertainment makes no representations whatsoever about any other websites which you may access through this website or which may link to this website. When you access another website, you understand that it is independent from GK Entertainment and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website.

A link to another website does not mean that GK Entertainment endorses or accepts responsibility for the content or use of that website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GK Entertainment shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through an external website or resource.

Any concerns regarding an external link should be directed to the administrator or operator of the relevant website.

8: Availability of the Website

8.1 We will try to make this website available but cannot guarantee that it will operate continuously, without interruptions or error-free, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for its unavailability.

You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of this website and, in particular, must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into or otherwise disrupt any computer system, service, website, router or other internet-connected device.

9.1 GK Entertainment excludes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements in relation to this website or any information or event tickets provided through this website. GK Entertainment will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that material and information on this website is accurate, but website content is provided on an “as is” basis.

9.2 In relation to the purchase of tickets, and subject to applicable law, GK Entertainment accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for loss of data, profit, revenue or business, arising from the use of this website or the purchase of tickets.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9.3 Subject to applicable law, GK Entertainment will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or relocation of an event. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or relocated, any refund or other entitlement will be determined in accordance with the applicable refund policy, event-specific terms and the customer's statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our website and is compatible with this website. You also understand that GK Entertainment cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that material available for downloading from this website will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive properties.

You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks, including anti-virus and other security checks, to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy and security of data input and output.

9.5 The limitations and exclusions in this Section 9 apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10.1 GK Entertainment may assign, novate or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions where permitted by applicable law.

10.2 GK Entertainment may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post the new version on this website. Any changes will apply to subsequent use of the website and, where applicable, future transactions. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase or applicable law.

10.3 These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable order form, event-specific conditions and payment instructions, constitute the agreement between you and GK Entertainment in relation to the relevant transaction, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.4 If any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions becomes or is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable from the remaining Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

10.5 These Terms and Conditions and your use of this website are governed by Irish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without affecting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law.

10.6 Neither you nor GK Entertainment will be held liable for failure to perform an obligation due to circumstances beyond the respective party's reasonable control, subject to any rights or obligations which cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.7 Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

11: Security

11.1 You are solely responsible for the use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on this website. You may not share these with or transfer them to third parties.

You must notify GK Entertainment promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security regarding this website that comes to your attention.
